Understanding therapy outcomes: Counseling is a collaborative process that supports clients in working toward their personal goals and improving well-being. ProCounseling, LLC is committed to providing exceptional care, but individual progress depends on multiple factors, including personal circumstances and commitment. The content on this website is intended to share general information and does not imply or guarantee specific results.

A New Conversation

Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. It’s personal, complex, and sometimes challenging. At its best, it’s a partnership, built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to your goals. It should include warmth and humor, fostering a genuine connection while keeping the focus on helping you move toward what matters most to you. My role is to understand what you want out of therapy and help you work toward a life that aligns with your values—even if that means navigating discomfort, questioning old beliefs, or trying new approaches to challenges.

Counseling doesn’t always feel easy, and it might not always feel like getting exactly what you want in the moment, but it should always feel supportive. I believe therapy should be evidence-based, tailored to your needs, and grounded in trust and collaboration. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and encouraged in ways that promote meaningful growth and increased wellbeing.

A Fresh Start

Addiction isn't just about what you've used or how often. It's about the way life starts to feel smaller—how the things that once brought you joy or gave you purpose get crowded out. Seeking help isn't a sign of failure; it's a sign of hope.

Talking about addiction can feel heavy, but the process of recovery is about more than just stopping. It's about reclaiming connection, rediscovering meaning, and building the life you want. Whether you're seeking individual support or a referral to more intensive treatment, we'll work together to find the right path forward.

You don't have to do this alone. Let's take the next step toward something better.

Getting Your Life Back

Trauma has a way of staying with you—reshaping how you see yourself, others, and the world. It can leave you feeling stuck, constantly on edge, or disconnected from the life you want to live.

You don't have to live in the shadow of what happened. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) helps you determine what's keeping you stuck and how to start moving toward recovery.

Together, we’ll work to rebuild safety, reclaim your sense of control, and create a future that feels more like yours again.

You've carried this long enough. Let's start the work of healing.
